Employee Timesheet
A self-contained, mobile-friendly bi-weekly timesheet form. Employees log hours across multiple clients, and on submit the data is POSTed to your inbound webhook to trigger admin and employee emails.
What it does
- ✓Header fields: name, validated email, pay period start (end auto-fills +13 days, editable).
- ✓Repeatable time entries (1–30 rows) with date, client, purpose, start/end time, auto-calculated hours.
- ✓Validates dates fall within the pay period and end time is after start time.
- ✓Sorts entries by date then start time, builds an email-safe HTML table, and submits to the CRM Time Entries pipeline.
- ✓Disables the button while sending, shows a confirmation on success, and preserves data on failure.
- ✓On mobile, each entry stacks into a card with large tap targets.

Submissions are wired to the CRM form-tracking endpoint and create a submission for the Employee Timesheet form. In your CRM, build a workflow triggered by this form submission that creates or updates an opportunity in the Time Entries pipeline and sends notification emails to the admin and the employee. The employee name and email map to the standard contact fields; pay period start/end, total hours, entry count, and the entries HTML/JSON table are sent as custom fields.
